Snowball fights, skipping rocks, bison, porcupines climbing trees, and so many fun games on the ice. I'll admit, I was super skeptical about how thick the ice could possibly be given the beautiful weather lately, but after playing soccer, and football, and fetch, and running kids around on sleds for a couple hours as a family, it proved to be really thick ice :-). I'm just so grateful we have had this beautiful weather -- spending time with family, as safely as possible, is a huge priority for us, and this kind of day gives us ample time to spend outdoors with Grandma, Grandpa, and cousins!
