Ellie's First Day of (Second Year) Preschool

Ellie technically missed the first week of Preschool this year -- she was in Southern California with her Grandma Karine and Grandpa Robert (and Annie, and Aunt's Star and Talina, and cousin Bailey).  So, she started a week after everyone else, but she was just excited to see all her old friends from last year and to make new ones!  According to Ms. Jenny, there was much squealing and giggling when all the girls were reunited after the long summer. 

Morning of Lacy's Wedding

So two weeks ago today began early (really early) and was one of the longest (and most awesome) days ever.  We got the kids (most of whom were pretty sick) and were all dressed and at the Bountiful temple by 7:40AM.  I forgot my recommend and my Bishop had to be called.  Oops.  :-)  I mentioned in the last post that Star was late, which made Talina and I giggle a lot.  After the wedding ceremony, we came outside and started snapping pictures (lots and lots of pictures) while waiting for the bride and groom.

 This little cutie was trying so hard to be happy, despite feeling crappy and have really red rimmed eyes . . .

My girls and my niece, Bailey, were all about the picture taking though . . . 

 Trying to get pictures of the great grandbabies with Grandma and Grandpa was pretty amusing . . . like every other picture taking session of the day, Isaac was highly uncooperative . . .

 One of the VERY FEW (out of like 600) pictures of the day where Isaac smiled -- and only 'cause he was very pleased with himself for pushing Mom away . . .
