Day 1 -- Spring Break at Bryce Canyon

The kids and I headed out on Wednesday of this last week to go to Bryce Canyon with Aunt Star, Aunt Talina and her girls, and Grandpa Robert. The rest of the crew couldn't get there until the work week was done, but we couldn't wait to get started! It was the first time we'd taken the kids to Bryce (but Cody-Sara, Grandpa and Grandma, and Star had gone up the weekend before and had helped figure out all the best hikes!) and it was definitely a hit! The first day was lots of driving and then into the park to do Fairyland Loop. 
Isaac had been sick for a whole seven days not long before our trip, so he was still recovering and getting back to full strength, and Owen was unfortunately getting the same thing. It slowed us down a little, but they were both troopers (and Owen stayed back at camp or at the start of the trails with Grandpa quite a few times).

Adrian's 5th Birthday

We had so much fun celebrating Adrian's 5th Birthday at Jungle Jim's -- the kids had so much fun playing all night.  They were very disappointed when we dragged them out at 9:45PM, even though we'd stayed longer than their cousins or pretty much anyone else!
